Field Prep #1 - Central Coast

Tomorrow marks my first day of actually collecting seagrass!  We will be headed to the central coast, north of Gosford.  There is an inland lagoon, Budgewoi, that does not get flushed much with seawater where the seagrasses are in tough shape apparently.    I have all the sample bags labelled, the field map ready for notes, and extra provisions in case there are opportunities to sample more lagoons...

I am also continuing to write the Labyrinthula paper introduction and methods pages, so hopefully submission to the journals goes as quickly as possible.  Frank is my field help tomorrow.  Should be interesting to see more of this beautiful country!
